Emma Nawaz was selected for the Goldman Sachs programme following a rigorous interview process, and was the only Lawyer chosen from throughout the UK. Commenting on the programme, Emma Nawaz said, “It was a truly amazing experience and taught me to aim even higher and gave me the skills to do so. Blackstone have come a long way since our launch in 2010 and I am proud to lead such a professional team.
Undoubtedly the skills that I have learnt through the Goldman Sachs programme will help Blackstone to go on to even greater things. I really am grateful for this impressive learning experience. Our business plan is firmly in place for 2017 and we are aiming for a 50% growth.
I strongly believe that this is achievable and 2 months into our new financial year we have 100% growth upon the first 2 months of the previous year.”
